The resort was somewhat empty so everything was available so no need for reservations or waking up early to get a cabana, however the last day was a tad different due to more people. The resort is nothing fancy, but well taken care. The food is in need of improvement for a 5 star resort, the choices were limited and menu was somewhat the same every day. "Friendly and accommodating "

"Sapphire Bay Villa 1, very spacious and clean. Villa needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to Luxury price that the owners are requiring. Everything was working fine but a few fixtures and furnishings are old and need replacing. We had a lovely stay and the Manageress Mrs Va and Joe the maintenance man looked after us well. They are what made our stay excellent. We would definitely stay again but hopefully the price reflects the condition of the villa next time."
