Good location. Handy to airport, shops, restaurants and beach. Property lacks basic amenities. Poor linen quality and supply. Blanket with holes, towel with dark stains, no hand towels and supplies for 2 when booking was for 3 persons

No bath towel when i arrived. The telephone is not working. The TV screen is broken. One of the staff didn’t knock she just open the door using key, im lucky im not naked. The next day the airconditioning is not working anymore so i informed the front desk and they said they will inform the maintenance to check the airconditioning of my room. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes no one came to check the airconditioning, so i went back to the front desk to follow up and that’s the only time they informed the maintenance to check the airconditioning to my room. Me as former 3 star hotel employee all i can say is they need costumer service training. And base of my observation as hvac technician, they need to maintain their airconditioning units well.

1. Entry to the property is very average except at the entry door area which is paved and have seating benches 2. Reception area is clean and large with adequate seating facilities 3. One Indian staff was friendly and helpful but lacked Fijian smile . Other staff were very average 4. We were given the key to the room on the ground floor on the left as you go pass public male and female toilets. Doors of both were open and the smell was very bad, inside must have been filthy and that smell was with me until I checked out next morning Two blankets were piled on a open self which I assumed must have been full of dust Kettle was not working No hot water Two huge towels were supplied upon request and were useless as they failed to soak water from body Advertised king size bed is not true as 2 single beds were put next to each other with king size sheet on top and not suitable for people with bad back Air conditioner was okay Overall housekeeping is poor and facilities in the room Both public toilets mentioned earlier are located close to dining areas, hence we had meal in a restaurant nearby It appears we both got COVID at this hotel Still remember room number 229. Will not stay in this hotel again Vinod Prasad

The overall guest experience was horrible. There was no help and assistance to carry our luggage to rooms on the second floor.no elevator had to carry everything by stairs. No wifi at the hotel....upon asking for wifi we were asked for a $10 fees. Not recommended for a stay...

Receptionists need to be more people friendly. Good location, great restaurants, transport and supermarkets nearby. Would have liked our rooms serviced each day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed when we arrived for check no towels available which we needed as we had a dinner to get too after a hot day in the car and needed to shower. When we were given towels they didn’t dry our bodies. Some of the towels we used were almost as thin as the sheet. The pillows were so dirty and brown. I have photos to prove. Customer service was poor, check in was fine but when we needed towels I was asked to wait twice. It wasn’t until I was firm letting the maids know we needed to be somewhere and they were able to find me a towel from another room. However, I saw a whole bunch of clean towels getting pushed around the facility. Fiji is a really hot place if you are visiting from another country where the degrees are lower so therefore two showers are needed so it’s best to have at least two towels per guess in the room. When I asked room to be serviced it wasn’t and we had a ripped sheet we only had towels given and rubbish taken out. Just terrible service overall. It was not clean brown marks on sheets and pillows.
