"Looks like using words like Spa, etc just increases cost. Pls note this is an AIRBNB and not a spa resort. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We had the chance to stay at the River Residence for 2 months. It was our home away from home. Perfect for long stays as well as short ones. The cleanliness, attention to details, professional maintenance, and over all comfort was like no other place we ever stayed. The owner Marco made sure that all our needs were attended to promptly. "When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...

"Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable and quiet setting. Very easy access to downtown Zurich via tram (barely a 2 minute walk from the hotel). A very good place for travellers on a budget as well as looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but that you can get to easily."
