They were all so helpful and friendly. The triple worked well for us and the shared bathroom was very clean and was no problem.

This is a lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main train station. The room is very basic but clean and comfy.

Love the location. The hotel is a bit older but very cute and quaint. I asked to be upgraded to a double room and unfortunately, they just pushed two twin beds together so it was a bit disappointing. I was staying with my dad and the room was very small for the two of us but we made it work. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and I was able to check-in after hours with ease so overall, I'd give this experience four stars!

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Zurich. It was very clean, and a live band set up outside to make for a nice beginning to our evening walk looking for food.

The service was amazing here. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful anytime I had questions. However, I found that my room was not entirely clean, namely I found a wrapper from past guests on the floor, as well, the shower was not clean. In addition to this, the noise levels from the hallway, and rooms above and below did result in me having trouble falling asleep each night. Other than that, the hotel is about 10 mins train ride from the city core or 25 mins walk. All in all, not a bad place to stay for the price.

This hotel is a gem! Very friendly service and the amenities were great. There was free water which was a huge bonus! Our room had a cute balcony and the layout was nice. The shared bathroom was clean and easily accessible. It felt like an ideal college experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very welcoming & helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only criticism I have is that our room did not have a private bathroom. The TV was not working- staff offered to move us but we were already unpacked. Location is easy access to the trams which was easy to follow with Google maps.

I really like this hotel. I booked it with just reading some reviews. It was clean reasonable, and the staff was very nice. The check in was online—very seamless but I think all Swiss are like that. 😃 the location was in a more middle class neighborhood but easily accessible to the tram/public transport. Highly recommend.
