"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

"I love the location. The hotel is ok. We booked 2 days. We arrived on the 31st and left on the 2nd of Jan. New Years eve the hotel has a private party and a private dinner for people who made reservations. At night around 11pm I went outside and took pictures because the view is amazing. "The property was immaculately decorated with beautiful furnishings. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. Milos at reception was so helpful and friendly. The room had all the facilities we needed plus some lovely touches (welcome chocolates, drinks on the house, hand-written welcome note).
