"Really can’t find anything negative to say about the Opal Grand. I had booked a pool view room and when we arrived we were upgraded to oceanfront which was really lovely. Great location walkable to many nice restaurants and beach right across the street. Absolutely incredible service, I can’t recall a friendlier and more accommodating staff. We would most definitely stay here again if we go back to Delray which is a beautiful extremely clean town. "

"Excellent stay, would gladly stay again. In fact, I did stay again after my cruise - I didn't want to look for anything else, because I was very satisfied with this property. It is only a 5 minute walk from a beach, 15 min walk from a interisting/unusual local natural park (one intercoasta with mangroves and walking paths, lookout tower, etc, and one on the beach with a small artificial reef/fish) and aquarium. "This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. "I enjoy my stay each time i visit, but each time i enter the room it smells so stuffy. Its a new room and that sement smell is potent and so difficult to digest at night. The rooms needs an air purifier or doors to be kept open. Aswell the small night flies not sure where it comes from. But these are areas that can inprove. "

"We will absolutely be back! We had 3 adults staying here and it was very comfortable. Each room had big widescreens with streaming capabilities. This location is about a block and a half from beach. Your 'view' is the street below with ocean view beyond. We had 1 night in a 3rd floor partial view apartment & 1 night right below.
