No hot water which they knew about for days before we checked in and never let anyone know until checking in. Terrible. While they offered refunds if you didn’t want to check in where were you going to go after long trip down. Were told that hot water should be fixed by following morning, it wasn’t and still has not been fixed by day after

I booked an accessible room, and when I checked in, I was given a room on the third floor. I was then informed the elevator was not working. After I protested, I was given a room on the first floor, but it was not an accessible room. The whole property needs a major renovation.

The elevator was broken. Was told out for the last 4weeks. We should have been notified that they had no working elevator. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry the luggage with a bad back.. Also no hot water in shower.
