"Our stay was really lovely. Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful, contact around our queries and check in was super quick and friendly. The property is stunning and really great value for money. It is very central so was handy for us as we only visited the city for 2 nights. The only semi negative thing I’d say is the mattress is very firm - which I found uncomfortable but I appreciate this is personal preference! I’d recommend this apartment and Q71 to friends! "

"Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Overall lovely place clean and modern, full of character. Would love to stay again. Thanks"

Walkable to everything

"This hotel is in walking distance to the train station, metro, bus stops, the historic district, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with speaking in English. My room was very comfortable. The bed was two twins pushed together with a queen topper on it. I didn't mind this being that I'm a small person. The bathroom was bright with white tile on the walls and floor. The shower was a glass enclosed corner shower. I would stay here again when in Torino Italy "

"Our family stay fir 9 nights at the Palazzo Bellezia Luxury Suites and Spa was extraordinary. The staff took such wonderful care of us. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient, right downstairs in their restaurant. Each room is a suite - so comfortable and clean for our extended stay. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next trip to Turin!"
