"This might be my new favorite hotel in the Bay Area. Close to the outlets and freeway, clean, easy parking, the staff was awesome (everyone was so friendly and helpful!) plus breakfast was included and was actually good! "This was a wonderful B&B! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The snacks in the afternoon were such a treat! The breakfasts were extra special! We couldn't wait to see the new choices each morning! The innkeeper was hospitable and helpful for information around town."

"Great hotel in downtown Napa. Stay for work overnight and had a late check in so i received my door code and instructions via text which made things easy. 2-5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants downtown, but off the main street so it's not super busy. Very modern room, with a really cool heated toilet and bidet options lol. Shower was really nice too with the rainfall shower head and a traditional showerhead too. "

"When we arrived at the property we were given a room on the first floor way in the back. The room was dingy, dark and didn’t smell that nice.there was a rattling sound all night making it hard for us to sleep. The bathroom was very out dated. There was a bath tub and a shower curtain. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Lovely, historic house, now Inn. The house has lots of character and the common rooms are large and inviting. Great location as it’s within walking distance of downtown with many shops and restaurants. The proprietors were friendly. Breakfasts, which are included, are generous. The included wine hour late each afternoon is a great way to try some local wines and to meet other guests.
