"The place is beautiful with river running behind property with several fire pit. Property does sell fire wood so no need to try to look for stores who has them. I would definitely recommend to use the fire pit, the scenery is gorgeous but be careful especially during fall theres lots of dry leaves around the pits that may catch fire. "The staff was incredibly helpful. We were shown incredible customer support after a misunderstanding with room bookings. The facility was quiet and clean. I very much enjoyed sitting by the fire at night and the breakfasts in the morning. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to get away for a quiet Vermont weekend!"

"The Hobble Inn was the perfect place for our Mother/Daughter getaway to Stowe. Quiet area within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and the breakfasts were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked this place as a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. No staff on site. No information was provided at the hotel to help us find things in the area. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date.
