This is a quintessential inn located in the heart of the lovely Stowe! Where to start. Excellent room, quaint but updated. Lots of space and the gas fireplace really was wonderful. Gorgeous indoor/outdoor hot tub and spa option. We loved the hot tub outside after a day skiing. Location is unbeatable. In the heart of Stowe, lots going on and a good restaurant within it too. The shuttle to the mountain is right across the street making the trip to Stowe to ski so easy. Stowe is really a lovely town and this inn made our experience that much better.

The entire staff, and in particular the cleaning and maintenance teams were thoroughly professional. The care and attention to detail of the cleaning and maintenance staff of all facilities including pool, gym, sidewalks and all common spaces was exceptional. Clearly a group with a clear sense of purpose and well trained in performance of their duties.

The staff was very welcoming, and immediately gave us all the information we needed, as well as a restaurant guide for the area, a map of the property, and a list of all the amenities. Stowe is a very cute town with lots to see and many beautiful buildings. I particularly loved all the art shops that carried all kinds of pottery, paintings, prints, and handmade goods by local artists, and the hotel is in close proxinity to it all!
