"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. "This resort is located in a town 1 hour drive from Quy Nhon City, so if you want to take a retreat from the crowd, it can be a good option. The facilities are clean and well decorated, especially the front garden of the villa. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "Looked liked a new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Stay nice and helpful. Not much to do in the town really but not the fault of the hotel. Very nice hotel overall"

"We had a wonderful stay. The family room was perfect and offered plenty of space for our family of four. We especially loved that there were two bathrooms. The rooms are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a major highlight with incredible views of the city and beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable."

All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. "If you want a private oasis all to yourself, this is the place. There are less than 75 villas. Only 1/3 were occupied when we were there due to the timing of it being rainy season. We only got rain on our departure date. We had a beachfront villa and it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. There is one restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and another on the beach for lunch. Both have lots of options. Everything we had was amazing. I got used to having soups for breakfast thanks to a bad cold I got the last couple of days. Despite my cold, this place was one of the best resorts we’ve ever enjoyed. Top quality and customer service all around. We’ve talked about going back already!"

Beautiful hotel

"Hotel is very nice! Staff were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was our favourite as there were so many choices. Don’t hesitate to book here- ps across the street is the beach. There are no chairs so you would have to buy a towel as I am unsure if you can use pool towels."

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good"

"Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. "
