"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. "This resort is located in a town 1 hour drive from Quy Nhon City, so if you want to take a retreat from the crowd, it can be a good option. "Looked liked a new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Stay nice and helpful. Not much to do in the town really but not the fault of the hotel. Very nice hotel overall"

"We had a wonderful stay. The family room was perfect and offered plenty of space for our family of four. We especially loved that there were two bathrooms. The rooms are beautiful and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool was a major highlight with incredible views of the city and beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach and there are numerous restaurants near the hotel. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service meal was delicious and quick. Spa staff were wonderful and the service was very well priced given the quality experience. Breakfast service was high quality with more than enough options. "

Beautiful hotel

"Hotel is very nice! Staff were friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was our favourite as there were so many choices. Don’t hesitate to book here- ps across the street is the beach. There are no chairs so you would have to buy a towel as I am unsure if you can use pool towels."

"10/10 Beautiful/stunning property including the pools and beach. Very well maintained- at one point I saw six gardeners working to keep the gardens immaculate. 10/10 Staff- very helpful and went above and beyond. 10/10 Breakfast. Overall, I had a lovely stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend! "

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good"
