Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. I left my suitcases twice, so I could go out and see the sights of Utsunomiya. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend it just for the staff and how close it is to the station.

Fantastic reception staff who couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful . Great location for the train station , and the Utsunomiya Don Quijote has a fantastic food hall .

寝るだけだったので施設に特に不満は感じませんでした。コンセントが浴室と遠いので鏡を見ながらドライヤーできなかったところは微妙でした。部屋の防音は問題なかった気がします。 同じ価格帯でマシなホテルが近辺にあるのでもう利用はしないと思います。 5時頃で混んでいたのか、チェックインに時間かかりました。

顧客の予約状況を把握出来て無い。朝食セットの予約だと思ってたのですが、素泊まりの予約になってました。 到着時に、受付に明日の食事は○○時になります。と、告げられました。ところが、朝朝食に行くと素泊まりになってるとの事。急いで、コンビニで朝食を手配して···。楽しい旅行が。
