"Friendly Check in process. The staff was above 5 star. The transportation to Busch Garden was super. Friendly driver.. individual service that met our needs to and from park. "The only really nice thing was the little lake in the back of the property. The pool was dirty, the rooms need to be updated. the noise level was horrible, there was some woman screaming at the pool all night.For the amount of money i paid, i was expecting a little bit more. There were not enough towels or wash cloths, no ice bucket, no shampoo or bath soap. Just a bit disappointed"
