"I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room."

"This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. "The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. Good stay all round - well done.

"Based in Gulshan, the location was ideal. We had dinner in the Beast Restaurant, the service and food was great (testament to Santo and Hridoy). I also used the laundry service, and it was very good. The staff were always smiling, and happy to help when needed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Dhaka."
