"The room was great but the bathroom had issues. Water droplets were leaking out of the ceiling when the water heater was turned on. Reported this issue to the hotel and they said that they'd offer me another room but was never followed up on that."

"Really great location close to the airport so you get to avoid some of the traffic in the city. Staff at the hotel were all great start to finish, the food at the restaurants and room service was excellent and the staff were always attentive and available. The hotel driver (Khokon) was also great, was always on time and easy to communicate with. "

"Wonderful experience with the warm, efficient staff who try and cater to your wishes. Front desk was efficient and courteous and even gave you a fresh orange juice on your arrival. Room service was excellent as well as the diverse quality of the food - fresh and tasty and prepared with care. Its been a very rewarding experience and will definitely come back. "This hotel is ideally located within close proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and the very beautiful Banani Jamia Masjid which was about a 10min walk. The area is very clean and safe. The Hotel offer complementary airport pick-up and chargeable airport drop which was very handy. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist.
