The staff at the hotel is second to none! Though most restaurants were closed, the main restaurant was quite good. The price for a glass of wine was outrageous! With tax $30 US.

I stayed at the hotel 9 days. There were not much courtesy to and options for late check out. Duty manager (a man) was not nice with customer. There was a female receptionist very unprofessional and teasing customers behind them. She was also telling others that hotels have certain rules even I was not dealing with her. This kinds of side talk is very unprofessional and confusing.
