"Easy, convenient stay here! I wish it was indicated that there are 3 locations to this company prior to me being there. Rooms were plenty of space and i appreciated that it had a full kitchen and bathroom, however there was only one window on the roof and I could not open it due to the rain. "I had an excellent stay here. The apartment was very clean and tidy when I arrived and had all the conveniences one would need for an extended stay. It was out of the way of the high foot traffic areas but was a 6 minute walk to the city center. I would highly recommend it to others."

"Overall a really good stay. Apartment was spacious and comfortable in a good location which was quiet but not too far from the centre and local attractions. Only issues we had was a problem connecting to the Wifi which took well over 24 hours to receive a reply to our query and a couple of things would have made our stay even better, for example, a small shelf in the shower would be useful for toiletries and a kettle that doesn't spill! "Do not stay here. My son and I were very disappointed with this place. It is terribly mis-represented, the bathroom was dark as the lights do not work and smells of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door does not close, the shower door is a safety hazard as it is completely disconnected so you have to lift it up and move it to the side, it can fall over and break if you are not careful, the couch is not as pictured, it is a different thing covered in stains, the outdoor chair is completely broken...

We arrived on a Sunday and there was no one available to tell us where to park, where a garage was etc. We could not reach anyone on Sunday when we arrived. "property looked good, however the shower was clogged and had to call after midnight when we arrived to get it fixed, eventually they answered the phone and did fix it....the washer runs foe 3+ hours and the dryer runs for hours also and doesn't dry anything....all this takes away from the nice apartment"

"This property is a true gem. If you want mints on your pillow go somewhere else. If you want a very clean, very quiet, very functional retreat from the rat race this place is like a dream. I heartily recommend this property. It is delightfully quaint, yet you will have EVERYTHING you need for a lovely stay."

"Great location. Property is very small. No place to put bags/hang coats etc when the bed is pulled out. Also not clean floor. Not enough TP. Lots of ants! "

"Great location in a great neighborhood close to downtown, near shops and tram. Beautifully furnished with fresh bedding and good amenities, in a beautiful building. We did have to buy our own sugar, coffee and basics. There was no microwave. Would have liked if basics were supplied, but would still highly recommend !"

"Amazing breakfast. Lovely setting and close to everything. There is a night club opposite which can be noisy at weekends. In both rooms there was a small problem which was reported to reception but I don’t expect to find such things. On arrival they wanted to put us in two rooms (booked together) four floors apart despite being asked by email to put us together. They did change it once I showed them the email. Other staff really friendly and helpful"

"Our stay at Opus XVI was delightful! The hotel exudes a warm and welcoming vibe, perfectly located for easy walks to shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the essentials we need. The breakfast was scrumptious and served as a wonderful start to our day. The bathroom amenities were top-notch as well, adding an extra layer of comfort to our experience. I’d like to extend a special thanks to the front desk staff, especially the incredible Martha, who provided us with outstanding assistance and was incredibly kind throughout our visit. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would eagerly return on our next trip to Bergen!"
