"I loved everything about it. It's beautiful property, especially the cleanliness. Their service was excellent very accommodating. All staff is fluent in English. Loved all the amenities. There is a cute cafe next door that is accessible from the inside of the hotel. It's open early morning to late at night. Easy access to the heart of the city. Always felt safe and took uber to and from hotel. Also very close to airport. "
"I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed.
Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX."
