"The property is nice. Staff is nice. Only here for one night. The suite would be great for a longer stay. It has the kitchen and living room and that is great for a longer stay. The area is convenient to many UB and the surrounding area. "

"Candlewood Suites a nice stay for a quick weekend trip to WNY/Buffalo. It is conveniently located near major routes and easily accessible Free coffee 24/7, a convenient snack shop, and GE microwaves in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one drawback - the wifi was out my entire 4 day stay. I was able find work arounds and it was the weekend so it wasn't critical for me. Weekdays would have been more of a problem. Things happen. Wifi goes down, but this was a long outage."

Excellent customer service, greeted is with a warm smile, very knowledgeable, friendly advice/conversations/provided a welcome gift/gave excellent directions around the property to help us navigate. "We were in town for a Buffalo Bills game. It was very snowy and the parking lot was well plowed. My only issue was the TV didn't have the channels correspond to the guide. I was unable to locate local news r Spectrum YNN. Kind of a quirky problem with the service. Otherwise, my stay was very enjoyable."

"Very clean, heated pool was very nice rooms very nice size and sound proof I felt like we were pretty loud and if I didn’t see people go in rooms I would’ve thought the place was empty . I took the kids nobody complained about them. The pool area had towels and was easy to find breakfast was great "
