It was a huge inconvenience to carry our luggage that distance and then to go to the desk to later get a QR code for the lot in the tower we were staying."

"Amazing property and overall stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and Jaci at the front desk not only upgraded us, but sent up a bottle of whisky and chocolates. It was the best hotel stay I think I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful property and even better people working there. So grateful to sweet Jaci and the rest of the lovely staff at the Louisville Omni! "The property was just ok. There was a small ring of dirt around the bottom of the shower curtain, The property was just ok. Nothing fancy or exciting. Bed slept comfortable"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. That being said, the parking is cramped & it was difficult to find a space. I think guests should have priority over bar patrons. Also the Keurig coffe provided in the room was awful & housekeeping dud not replenish our cups after the 1st day."

"In general this was a good stay. Unfortunately there were some homeless people in the area and a couple were noticed sleeping on the bench outside the property. Parking is limited as well. Inside the property is well maintained and clean. Staffing was limited at the front desk but no major problems or concerns ruined our stay. "

"Hotel itself was very good. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It is a short walk to Whiskey Row. Area around the hotel is ok during the day, but definitely suspect at night and the early morning."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Ohio river. Lots of walkable dining options and able to walk and enjoy the river. Downside you have to pay for breakfast if you want to eat at the hotel. "
