Difficult check in and out. Wanted pool towels and had to go back to check in and put deposit which is understandable but once again had to go to main desk and wait. They could have told us when we checked in. Also, had to call for them to lower temperature in room. They did but it was still hot.

The average hotel is more for 3 stars. The hotel is in a good position, but they still need to work on the quality and the rooms, the room I stayed in was very small but extremely cold and even if the air conditioner was turned off, the room was still cold because the air conditioner was constantly blowing. The hotel staff is very friendly, the food is ok, you can really find everything to eat, I had a full board with one drink, it's not bad and the food is ok. I will not review the hotel again unless they renovate it, the hotel really does not look close to a 4-star hotel. Luckily, I was only there for one night, if I had booked more nights it would have been a nightmare.

Did not enjoy our stay here. While property is nice, it was extremely busy. Food is average. Air conditioning is terrible- we moved rooms twice and it was still too hot. Manager did try to make things right but an overall very disappointing experience. Waited over an hour to get through to room service (no answer) and then they forgot utensils. Would not recommend at all.

Great place to stay. Great facilities. Rooms were updated and clean with a great view of the pool and Adriatic. The beach is directly in front of hotel and one has a choice of enjoying the beach or pool. Very friendly staff all around, rooms were cleaned daily. The all-inclusive drink options are limited and the dining options could have varied a bit more. The layout of the hotel, stairs and elevators is not ideal, if traveling with a stroller one has to change 2 elevators to get to Restaurant level and the kiddie pool is elevated and not exactly accessible with a stroller.

Not recommended!
Long check in process. Parking in next door hotel. The hotel interior and hallways feels, looks, and smell like decades old. The food (half board) is okayish in terms of variety, but neither tasty nor special. Not proper distancing measures during the uptake of Covid19 cases. The swimming pool is awfully small for the capacity of the hotel. Worst of all: no drinks whatsoever included in the paid dinner, not even water, all is paid! And on our 1st night the fire alarm went on at 5 am and stayed on for an hour we spent by the poolside like zombies (you know, strangers sharing a public space the minute they woke up in their PJs!!) And needless to say not a word, apology, or any sign of life by the hotel management. The only good thing about this hotel is its charming beach and surroundings, for which it gets no credit at all.

Good hotel, great view, but not as good service
+ We had a room with sea view & it was perfect. + Good breakfast and a lot to chose for dinner. + Nice, renovated rooms. + Nice beach near the hotel (across the street). - The dinner time is from 19-21. However, all the staff is focused ob cleaning after 20:30. You are not served drinks, the food, especially sweets, are not filled after 20:30. This is a huge dissapointment in comparson with others hotel from Bluesun chain.

all fine....only special requests not met
all fine....only thing that was not as expected is the fact that I asked for room on high floor in middle building in my booking and in direct communocation with reception. I got rooms on 1st floor in other building with little sun. I told that to personel but they did not have option to change our rooms.
