Curtains did not cover window fully at the side where toilet was. At night it might be especially visible from the carpark downstairs if you do not close the toilet doors while in the toilet.
Bidet spray was not working.
Both our bath towels had a brown stain on the first day. Found half a peanut on the floor too.
WiFi was non-existent in the room throughout our stay. Staff explained that they asked the technician to come but it was not resolved. I had to stand in the corridors to use the internet and use the Grab app or simple things like WhatsApp.
The staff were polite and nice when we told them about this but they couldn’t do anything. We requested for bedroom slippers the first night which they brought for us, and gave us a second pair when housekeeping accidentally threw it away the next morning. There were many food options nearby and it was easy to get to the airport. Overall, will not stay here again as there are plenty of other better options for us.
