"This property was a great find. An excellent area to visit the city, with great views and comfortable living areas. If we had to be super picky, the shower curtain could be lower to avoid flooding the floor, a few more chairs on the deck would be nice, and I'd put sliders on the dining chairs so they workshop be as noisy. "I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! "It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good. "

"The property is quite stunning with its view. Could not be closer to the water. Beds were a bit hard for our liking so we bought mattress toppers at Walmart and slept just fine. "Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI. Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. "Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"The property was clean as well as the room. Close to public beach and places to eat. I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings stale breads cereal and juices/coffee. I guess I was expecting a little more to start my day. Service at the front desk was mediocre I was never told to go and get my parking pass on the 2nd floor it wasn't until day 3 that another guest mentioned it while riding down in the elevator so I was paying parking over $30 / day instead of $15.00/day. Providing information at check in is necessary because you're guest doesn't know what questions to ask, not knowing about parking made me pretty upset. However now that I know I would consider staying again. "
