"This hotel was top notch! I loved the staff, breakfast, their attentiveness, and the room was always sooo clean. They are ALL very honest too...we accidently left our safe open to cash all out and the room was cleaned but not a peso was missing or out of place...it was not a test. Purely an accident but when that happened we felt even safer. Thank you all so much! Gracias para todo!"

"This is a charming place to stay in the heart of one of the liveliest areas of Cartagena, getsemimi . The staff are super friendly and generous , but with limited English. The room is attractive and appears to have been recently renovated, with everything in excellent condition, the cooked breakfast was great, and the whole experience outstanding value. You walk out the low wooden door into vibrant colourful noisy activity in the narrow streets, and return to quiet and comfortable environment...

"This is a great value property. It’s small and doesn’t really have a lobby so the door is always locked but answered quickly 24/7. Free breakfast but the cofffeeshop Epoca that is a block away is stellar. So much right by this hotel and it has an excellent location. If you are looking for a lobby bar or big pool - this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for small, quiet and friendly - then this is the place for you. "This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. "

"I will definitely be returning to this hotel in Cartagena, Columbia. From the moment you walked into the hotel the staff were so eager to help. The check-in process was very fast. The hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. I loved my room the quality of the bedding and the mattress is , superb. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and very quiet. I loved the shower and the bathroom toiletries that was provided and also the towels were huge, strong, and out of this world. The breakfast was delicious everyday. They make very good coffee. I would love to mention three staff members that went above and beyond for my birthday. Their names are Fabian, Alfonso, papano. Thank you so much for your kindness. I will be returning shortly."
