"Our family spent six nights at the InterContinental Cartagena de Indias, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which included access to Club InterContinental on the 15th floor—a delightful surprise. The Club offered breakfast, coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening hors d'oeuvres, which were so fresh and delicious that we often enjoyed dinner there. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the pool and bar provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, having direct access to the beach just across the street was fantastic. This was our first time staying at an InterContinental hotel, and it left such a lasting impression that we now plan to stay at InterContinental properties whenever possible. Highly recommended!"

"This property is huge. I love that they have a seafood restaurant (Oceana) near the beach. It’s beautiful in the evening. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Didn’t get to enjoy the spa services because of the pricing. A couple’s massage was $500USD. Aside from that, the pool was clean and cool (not cold at all). The beach was just ok. They do however have plenty of chairs, cabanas and even swings at the beach. Also, the bar service and good options were amazing. I highly recommend staying here. It is about a 30min drive from old city but nothing a taxi can’t fix. I would definitely stay here again."
