"Let some start off by saying the hotel is beautiful and most of the staff is extremely friendly. My room was a nice size and had everything I needed. The rain shower was awesome. It had amazing pressure and was the best feature in my room hands down. The continental breakfast was delicious, they provided a great assortment of fresh fruits along with cooked foods like scrambled eggs, fried plantains and sausage, just to name a few. The only reason for the 4 star rating is due to their guest...

"1. poor reservation system forcing me to move; inflexible staff 2. inadequate room assignment policy. I wanted a room upstairs, but there was apparently no availability. Early next moring I saw two open unused rooms 3. poor bathroom: shower works hardly 4. low cost facility with low standards. This could be made very nice with some investment 5. Second night at Casa Quero. Just a bit more expensive, but miles nicer "
