The hotel is very close to Liverpool ONE and Albert Dock which is great. Parking is off site, closest being QPark at Liverpool one, very safe for the car. "

Our room was beautifully appointed, quiet, and full of character, with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The staff were kind and attentive, and the whole atmosphere felt charming and peaceful. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to York!"

"Excellant service from the receptionist, sorry cant remember her name, extremely helpful and friendly. Got into room slightly early which was a bonus. Quick pickup when we arrived at the train station and prompt return the next morning to the airport, the drivers have always been friendly and helpful Would definitely stay here again"
