"The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… "

"Attractive, self contained resort with high end furnishings, room space and facilities. The ferries are not too frequent, so you do need to make time for commuting to and from the main land. Staff are good however were a little slow with some communication. Otherwise a great stay for a few nights. "

"A wonderful cruise that delivered on comfort quality and service. Staff were very professional and attentive and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. There were many boats in Halong but this was far superior in every way, I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is considering a cruise in Halong."

"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window. "
