"My 2nd trip to Yokohama and chose the Yokohama Bay Hotel this time. Wonderful choice! The staff was extremely helpful and many spoke English. The location was ideal within Yokohama. The rooms were modern and spacious with great views. For those that havent visited, the levels beneath tge hotel and streets are me mega malls with stores and restaurants and easy to follow directions to subways. There is also easy bus transport from the hotel to the airports. Next time I'm in Yokohama I will stay here again. "

"Quiet neighborhood with small restaurants nearby. Right across the street from a Lawson and a 10min walk to the subway station. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, both for connecting flights at Haneda airport. I am most impressed with this hotel for the following reasons: - it is extremely convenient for having a flight from the Haneda airport - no need to get out of the airport and can directly get into the hotel. - the hotel room is very clean and efficient; with all the necessities you will need. Checkin and checkout are both automated and with a service personnel on the side if needed; I will stay in this hotel whenever I need to spend a night in Haneda."
