"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there ! "

"This property was as expected. Very chill and relaxed. I do wish they had more food options but for the most part, they have choices for everyone. I love the 24 hour cafe where they serve finger foods, breakfast options and drinks. 24 hour staff available. Housekeeping was great as well. "

"Really a great location, our room had a balcony with view of the lagoon, stunning every morning. The team is very responsive via WhatsApp Was overall very quiet got some alone time at the pool at night on weekdays The rooms are very big! Place is very affordable compared to resorts You’re also across the street from Tortugas beach and right next to an Oxxo grocery store. I will say not a lot of restaurants that you can walk to.
