What a great little gem of a hotel this is! There’s so many little thoughtful touches that make your stay special. The customer service is exemplary. I felt welcomed and appreciated! The food was creative, delicious, balanced and left you feeling sated but not overfilled. I’ll be thinking about this stay for a while and look forward to a return visit!!!!

Have stayed at this location before and loved it. Staff is super friendly and helpful via text. The only downside was there was an event Friday and the music was super loud and audible until 1am. Would recommend but call to confirm there aren’t events scheduled during your stay.

Took the staff 3 attempts before they removed our room service, we told the front desk, then texted and then had to call. Shower is quite difficult to get into, super poorly designed door that leaks as well. Food was great, design wonderful, our vinyl record didnt work. There was also some guys on our floor who made the most annoying noises for a long portion of the day and no one said anything to them.

Wonderful stay at the Broadview Hotel! I had a beautiful, clean corner room with everything I needed, and more. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, so 5 stars for them! I'm not very familiar with the east end of Toronto, and was staying from out of town for a concert. The location was perfect, but the building itself was so full of charm I would have enjoyed the stay even if it was a bit out of the way. Thanks, Broadview staff!
