People smoke in the room and the pillows, sheets and blankets reak of cigarette smoke. Theres was ciggarette burns in the blanket. We let the front desk know and they said people dont smoke in the rooms only outside. But they will check the rooms. The front desk was nice and friendly. But i wont stay here again. I wasnt able to breath properly. The parking lot is clean but it was very icy and not salted. Almost fell going into the office

the staff was attentive and kind but it didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness of the space. there was hair on the floor and on the bathroom walls (different colour and race from our own so we know it was there prior) and pieces of what I can only hope were clean bathroom tissue on the floor. ultimately we didn't stay the night.

I expected better due to the reviews and pictures but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When I got to my room, the door was wide open letting flies in. A big wet spot on the comforter, pulled back the sheets there was a red spot with a glob of hair on it. Asked the front desk staff to change it and they had an attitude. The room was very dirty and they gave me a dirty blood soaked towel. Very disgusting place and would not recommend!!! DO NOT STAY HERE, overpriced not worth what they’re asking!!!!!!
