The staff was very generous. I believe he was the manager who showed us around the area. He was very nice and had a good sense of humour. One thing is that bathroom infrastructure looks a little old and rooms are very noisy on the inside. Overall, I loved my stay at this place.

I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of Holiday Inn's. This one was really showing its age, the wall in my room (760)was peeling away from moisture damage, I didn't know a bathroom door could bow like that and still close, the toilet barely flushed and service at breakfast was very poor just to name a few things. If I am staying near Pearson again I now know where not to stay and that is coming from someone who likes collecting IHG points!

They stated they offered free shuttle service from the airport. We waited at the airport for over a hour and 15 min and no show shuttle. When asked and addressed with front desk they stated nothing they could do. We had to pay for a uber. They would not reimburse us. Very disappointed.

It was close to the airport and the shuttle service was good. The bed was OK but the pillows too big and firm. It would be better to have a choice with some smaller pillows. The restaurant was good and the service great too.
