I think the bad reviews are about the casino, which I didn't even go into, but the hotel was lovely! Based on the pictures, I expected to be underwhelmed, but the room was nice! The pictures really don't do it justice at all. The design and furnishings were nice. Everything was in good repair. It took us a couple days to realize there is another part of the parking lot that lets you take one elevator all the way up to the guest rooms, which makes a huge difference if you're coming and going. It did take 20 minutes to get into downtown Toronto, but it was so worth it to have a nice room at a great price!

We called ahead to get clarification and dealt with a very rude customer service representative. Upon arrival, the system was down and we were asked to wait 10 minutes. Over an hour later we were finally able to check in and get our rooms.

Parking is amazing, the bathroom needs some help. There is no hooks to hang your towels, no shelves in the shower. The fridge would be more convenient off the floor, a clock would be nice, a table to eat on and more space to hang/store clothes.

The airport shuttle is non existent. When we called for a pick up we were told it would be at least 30 minutes wait. We opted to take a cab since we were tired and hungry. That was $40 then both restaurants in the casino had very poor service. We walked out of the first one after being ignored for more than 10 minutes then the second one made us wait for a table for 15 minutes even though there were clearly empty tables. The person said they were under staff so that’s why we had to wait. Then the shuttle hrs back to to airport didn’t start until 6 so we needed another $40 cab for a 7 am flight. Also we paid some outrageous “resort” fee for zero services. We will never be back!!
