Loved this hotel a lot. Enjoyed our stay. But no lift at entrance, got to carry up our luggages up 1-2 flights of stairs. Hotel staff helped us.

Beautiful setting and rooms are spotless. Staff very helpful and many options for dining and a few bars for a quiet cocktail. Library bar was great. Wifi is for a fee unless you sign up to a loyalty program. Once signed up was still not able to access wifi.

Had a great experience! Right across from Union Station, very walkable to so many spots in city and very easy to get a Lyft or Uber to places a little further out. We will for sure be back! If you are looking for a cheap night cap, do not go to Library Bar. It’s a little pricey. Great service and experience, just expensive.

I came by train from Montreal and the Hotel was quite convenient and had a reasonable rate. Near many amenities. But far from the Pearson Airport where I had a conference to attend.
