"It was nearby my family’s home. Near shops, markets, and close to one of the military installations which kept it relatively safe. The hotel is a bit dated, however it was comfortable, it has ac, and the breakfast was great. Additionally the staff were great. I recommend anyone who comes to stay a few days in Managua to stay here as it’s also close to the port and Central Park. "

"Great hotel in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the only shopping mall and main boulevard. With taxis being unbelievably cheap, this is a perfectly located hotel between the beach and historic areas and all the best restaurants (in the opposite direction). I was made to feel like family and enjoyed my stay over several nights. Breakfast was excellent. The pool is in a small courtyard where you can watch the stars. A great small hotel."

"Me quedé en Casa Saer el mes de diciembre de 2023. Creo que la gente de administración tenía buen corazón. Vea a la gente reunida en el hotel para las festividades navideñas. "This property was conveniently located. 24 hour access with security and staff available. Provided safe, gated parking. Helped facilitate my car rental and helped us get a discounted rate. The accommodations were comfortable and the pricing was the best in the area for the level of quality we received. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nicaragua, from the U.S."

"Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality. "
