"Can't give this place a perfect 5 but overall it's very good. The beach is gorgeous. Clean, clear view of the sunset. Calm waves but great to swim in. The room was where I'd like to give 4.5 stars but I'll round up because, because it's very minor. The soap/shampoo dispensers were empty on arrival. The AC is awkwardly placed where if you turn it on it hits the curtain so if you want privacy, you have to fenegle it a bit. We stayed at the double bungalow. The food is great, I'm a vegetarian...

"The hotel room, view, staff and facility. Did not like to take a boat and pay 10 $ x2 everytimw to go to the village. Nothing around there. If it's raining the path to go to the village is extremely mudy and difficult. They should create a walking path to the village with rocks or ciment. Everything else is amazing. I had a beautiful experience and the room with the swimming pool was a real treat. "

The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. "Beautiful old building overlooking the ocean. The staff was great. They were extremely polite and helpful. The only issue for us was the noise during the night. There were some loud guests in the hallway and It sounded like someone was drilling above us until midnight. We had to get up at 5 so it ended up being a short night of sleep. "
