My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of old Granada very much. The staff are skillful and attentive in all aspects. The breakfasts were lovely. The room and facilities were very generous. The swimming pool was beautifully managed and a great boon for guests. It is very conveniently located at the centre of the city.
