"This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. "I love boutique properties, and this property was no exception. Airport pick up/drop off, ease of check in, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water and staff which were so helpful dealing with me and my oh so limited Espanol speaking. "Cons: Very very very old room. Very old furniture Smallest wash room I have ever seen in a private room. Wifi and lights will be switched off after 11pm which is crazy. The price of the room is super super high for the quality. Though I booked room with air conditioning they provided room with fans .these fans can’t keep any person cool.
