"All of the hotel, valet , housekeeping and restaurant staff were great. I had a few minor gripes that would make me second guess another stay here however. There is no self parking at all, which gets pretty expensive. The restaurant is extremely noisy but i guess it’s a popular place, but make sure to request a room on a higher floor. The pool was not heated during our stay which was a real bummer. It is in the shade too so pretty impossible to use. Not a
