The room was amazing, with an incredible view of Mt.Fuji! Nicely spaced and all around a great experience! Close to the Shinagawa Station, so makes it perfect to travel around and sight see, will definitely be back and stay here!

This property was right across the street from Shinagawa station. If you are travelling by train and Shinkansen, its hard to beat this location. Its not as busy as Tokyo station but has the same level of convenience to get around Tokyo. Its a huge facility so the elevators are slow to get you to your room. There are typically lines for services and food due to the amount of tourists at this facility but the people and amenities are very good. There are shops in the building including a pharmacy, food court and a 7-11 right outside. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the city views from the rooms are very good.
