Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. "Overall, it was satisfactory for staying a night. The twin room was cozy with wide two soft beds and a balcony, which was great for having morning tea. 5 min. walk from the Towada Lake, JR bus station. Owner & Owner's family was so kind and considerate that I would like to visit again. "

"Hostel was right by the station about a three minute walk. Room (pod really) was good. I ended up getting a double bed and it was clean and warm. Showers and toilet were clean and amenities included. The common area and kitchen was clean. Because I gotta double and the bed was comfortable. I would've been ok to stay a few more days. I only stayed a night, but i would stay here again. "

"子ども（１才）と２人で泊まりました。ベッドはまだ落ちる危険があるので座敷で寝れる宿を探してこちらにしましたが、スタッフさんが子どもに優しく一緒に遊んでくれたり、トイレに行ってる間少しだけ見ててくれたりと、とても助けられました。たまたまスタッフの教え子さんもいらしていて、一緒に遊んでくれたのが嬉しかったです。アットホームな雰囲気がよかったので、今度は友人を誘って泊まりに行きたいと思います。"

"Hostel was not at the location provided in listing but 1.1 km away from the lake. Self-check in was fin but hostel was run down with many lights not working, cobwebs in hallways. Rooms were booked with private bathrooms but there was no private bathrooms. Bathrooms were communal and there was no shower just sinks with buckets. Sheets were clean but rooms had broken a/c, smelled of fumigation but there were still bugs, broken drawers and lights. It was the worst hostel I have stayed in. We booked...

"I'm a little confused by some of the reviews for this place. I saw a lot of people boasting about how nice the staff were. But when I got there all I got were annoyed looks. Pretty sure staff members only said 10 words to me. That said if you don't mind getting "Why are you here" and "Leave" looks. And just want to be left alone. This place is okay. Though another complaint is staff members love to stomp. 11pm at I heard staff stomping their way up/down stairs. "
