"The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi."

What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! "The area was quiet but had no restaurants to dine. A medium size supermarket was near by which was only 3 minutes or so walking distance. This was very useful as we had a family apartment for four. There is a bus stop right outside he apartment which was very convenient. The apartment we got was on the ground floor. Very little sunlight and hence was relatively dark even during the day time. The kitchen is well equiped."
