"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"Highly recommend. Very nice, as would expect at the Ritz. Large bathtub with TV great to relax. Huge shopping mall conveniently next door full of luxury brand stores."

"Overall we had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Westin. Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend."

"My room #502, upper unit #602 was extremely noisy from 9:00pm to 12:30am, I called the front desk asking for change different room, but I had to wait for another 30 minutes. It was a very bad experience. This hotel’s sound insulation is poor. "

"When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines. "

"We really love this place, The hotel room is clean and the room service is above and beyond. Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. And he provided the best service possible for us and made this trip to Beijing unforgettable. I would definitely come back and stay again at Westin Financial Street Beijing for my next visit!"

"I can't speak Mandarin and the staff made extra efforts, including using a phone app for translation, to help me. In the restaurant they found a menu in English and a member of staff who spoke English. I checked in had dinner and crashed - after a 13-hour flight - so otherwise didn't get involved with hotel facilities apart from the coffee shop."
