"Although being an Expedia Platinum member, and this is a VIP signature property, it was unfortunate not to receive the benefits provided by my membership! However, not to overshadow our stay. The staff are very polite and the service was good. The room and amenities were good. The gym & spa are exceptional, with very helpful and attentive staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a relaxing atmosphere. "

"A hidden-away gem in North Wales. Beautiful house, beautifully restored, warm and comfortable. The food offering is top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Only stayed two nights but next time will be longer."

"Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. "Very clean, calm area, kettle, tea and coffee in the room, enough towels. But the postcode was incorrect, hotel reception didn’t answer phone to guide me. They were not allowing food in the room. "

"I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. Food in the evening was good and great value, the bar had a good atmosphere with locals and guests. Room included a nice continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again. "

"A very well thought of hotel,lovely room with separate bath and walk in shower exceptionally clean,will definitely stay here again,was no reception or anyone greeting you but this did not bother me,and there was a free car parking permit in the room which you would not get anywhere else where there is no hotel car park"

"This was our second time staying at the Crown Hotel. We very much enjoy staying here. It’s super easy to access other parts of Northern Wales from her, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff very accommodating. The room was great too."
