"Great stay! App is glitchy if you're checking in on your phone using their app. I checked in. It never sent me my room key ahead of timr, and when I got to the desk, they didn't have me as checked in even though I had chosen my room the night before. It worked out fine, but might have been a problem if the room I selected hadn't been available."

Parking easy considering $50 valet (I knew this upfront...ok for boston I suppose but Brighton is smaller neighborhood so wouldn't think as expensive as more central hotels). Very friendly staff. Easy to walk to Beacon St and Harvard St just steps from the hotel with lots of cafes and restaurants. Impeccable bathroom and roomy walk in shower with rain head. "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We were checked in by Jamie who was great, likeable and very friendly. Room was clean and neat upon arrival, however due to an issue most likely on Expedia's side, through which we ordered, we encountered that it wasn't a shower/tub combo but a roll in shower. We asked Jamie if there were other rooms fitting with that description available but unfortunately he had nothing available but him even just trying to accommodate us was fantastic.On topic Mary Ann - She was LOVELY. Easily the most forthcoming and friendly customer service person I have ever encountered. She was personable, we had pleasant small talk and she was just a joy to be around, even just in passing.If anyone actually reads this from management, that lady deserves a raise. Her and Jamie, as well. Nicest staff we have ever met, hands down.Location wise the hotel sits just off of I93, 30 minutes to Boston, 10-15 to Braintree were a bigger mall was located. All in all, we had a very pleasant trip and just for the front of the house staff and the location we will probably visit this hotel again."
