"Loved my stay, everything was great. The staff were so incredibly helpful. They compensated us very handsomely after the fire. The views in every part of the hotel were immaculate. Only tip I would give for improvement is perhaps a dresser in the room and a kettle for tea as there was only coffee options. "

Hotel brimming with happy families and children , loved them wondering around in pjs in the evening. Will definitely be back"

"We stayed here for a night since we live 2 hours from Liseberg. It was a perfect hotel for a Liseberg Visit - a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel, with lots of fun stuff for kids in the lobby areas, nice places to eat, and a fabulous breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"An unusual hotel stay .. for me . A room on a ship. quite cool and comfortable actually. Bed may be small (single) for me but comfy . Staff very helpful n friendly . Breakfast spread was alright but perhaps they can introduce some novelties cos saw the (almost) same food for 3 mornings. Hahahahha is my bad . I stayed 3 nights . Is about 15 mins walk from central station . Is ok for me. or if u want , take bus from central … one stop only . It was very windy when I stayed (Jan 2025). .....

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We also enjoyed the view of the water city from the loft bed. The hotel is not super central, but that's to be expected given how affordable it is. There's a nearby tram station, so getting to the city is easy."

"The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding. "

"The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again...
