The hotel is comfortable, but rather outdated. Very crowded on weekend. Housekeeping service is basic; they never made the bed during a one week stay! Very limited storage space. Not a good value for money, however, keep in mind that Sweden is expensive.

Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment.

Skönt besök, trevligt hotel. Vi har Skyview rum så frukosten var på våning 29 vilket är superb!!! Utsikter över hela Göteborg morgon är så så trevlig. Vi kan tänka oss att bo här igen, absolu!. Men alla Amenity kits i badrummet är tomma, förra gästen har tydligen tagit innehållet, hur kan städare missa fylla på dem?

Bra hotell, helt ok frukost, men det finns bättre hotell till bättre pris, men själva namnet på hotellet gör sitt. Man kan inte säga att det var dåligt, men i jämförelse med andra hitel på en skala 1-5 är denna en 3,5 till max 4.

Trevligt hotell. Kunde städat bättre - rumsgrannarna hade beställt room service med mat och ställt ut brickorna i korridoren. De stod kvar hela kvällen o långt in på förmiddagen dagen efter och luktade gammal fritös/pommes i hela korridoren.
